Sheeter/moulders with easy clean scraper
Gemini Bakery Equipment's BM40 sheeter/moulders can have three or four sets
of 5-inch diameter sheeting rollers. Each roller set can be independently driven
and is equipped with a Quick-Lock easy clean scraper. An optional seam-reducing
pneumatically actuated sheeting roller is available. A high-speed curling conveyor
independently driven from the variable-speed moulding belt drive is standard.
Bakers can select a static pressure board or a powered top belt. The BM40 is able to
produce moulded lengths up to 22 inches and belt speeds up to 208 feet per minute.

Predictive system alert
I.J. White Systems features the latest Predictive System Alert (PSA) technology
that improves production time by continuous trend monitoring of spiral critical
components. When operating conditions begin to trend outside of pre-set ranges,
automatic visual and audible warnings alert line operators. These heads-up alerts

Artisan bread line
Minipan's r_Evolution high-volume artisan bread production line can process
hydrated doughs with up to 90% water. The line features a long resting stage
with a flexible and controlled retarding time and temperature. It also produces
open texture doughs with no need for final proofing. The r_Evolution can be
used to produce a variety of breads, including baguette, ciabatta, pinsa and other
gourmet pizzas.

Flexible system for industrial production capacity
Rademaker's Radini line is designed for dough capacities between 400 and
1,000 kilograms per hour. The Radini concept is based on an intuitive control
interface through PC capabilities. Due to its modular construction, the various
components can be reconfigured to form a complete two- or three-section
laminator, which creates a variety of layout possibilities with a relatively
small footprint.

Sanitary lines for upstream and downstream installations
Rondo's ASTec (Advanced Sanitary Technology) lines are configured for
demanding hygiene requirements and are compatible with both upstream and
downstream installations. Due to its design, niches and horizontal surfaces
are avoided and microorganisms, dough and product scraps can no longer
accumulate. The ASTec line is cleaned according to a computer-based program
defined individually for customized production; the cleaning steps are logged
for audit.
