Los Angeles-based Think! is expanding its reach into the keto market with two
new protein bar flavors: Chocolate Mousse Pie and Chocolate Peanut Butter
Cookie Dough. Sweetened with erythritol, the gluten-free, keto-certified bars
contain 10 grams of milk and whey protein and 1 gram of sugar. The Chocolate
Mousse Pie bar contains 170 calories, 3 grams of net carbs and 2 grams of fiber;
the Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Dough bar contains 180 calories, 2 grams of
net carbs and 3 grams of fiber.

Tortilla-style pea chips
Peatos, Los Angeles, is launching tortilla-style chips in three varieties, including
Nacho Cheese, Zesty Ranch and Vegan Fiery Nacho. The products were developed
as a healthier take on seasoned tortilla chips. The chips join a product lineup that
includes Crunchy Peatos Curls and Rings, marketed as " junk food without the
junk " and sold in more than 4,500 retail stores nationwide. Peatos products contain
4 grams of protein and 3 grams of fiber per serving.

Pumpkin swirl bread
5 Generation Bakers, McKees Rocks, Pa., is debuting Jenny Lee Pumpkin Pie
Cinnamon Swirl Bread. The seasonal offering features a naturally fermented yeastraised
texture in combination with heavy cream and so much pumpkin puree that
it is the second ingredient after flour. Like all Jenny Lee Cinnamon Swirl Breads, it
is baked in crimp pans for a traditional, cylindrical shape. When partially cooled
after baking, it is bathed in melted butter then covered in cinnamon sugar. The
bread is available in 18-oz and 9-oz packages.
