Mark's Mindful Munchies, Muskego, Wis., introduced Pop Bitties Sweet Potato
Chips. The snacks are Non-GMO Project verified, vegan and certified gluten-free.
The chips come in two varieties. The Sea Salt sweet potato chips are made with
sunflower oil, sea salt and paprika. Each 1-oz serving contains 110 calories, 19
grams of carbs and 3.5 grams of fat. The Cracked Pepper and Sea Salt sweet potato
chips feature sunflower oil, paprika, tapioca, black pepper and sea salt. Each 1-oz

Gluten-free tortillas
Irving, Texas-based Mission Foods rolled out Almond Flour and Cauliflower
Flour tortillas. These certified gluten-free tortillas are vegan, high in fiber and
made with no artificial colors. Each Almond Flour tortilla contains 90 calories,
4 grams of fiber and 4 grams of protein; each Cauliflower Flour tortilla contains
90 calories, 4 grams of fiber and 3 grams of protein. The six-per-pack tortillas are
currently available at select grocers and will be introduced across the country in
the coming months.

Plantain chips
Mr. Favourite, London, Ontario, introduced its vegan, gluten-free and trans fatfree
plantain chips. The main ingredient in Mr. Favourite chips is plantains, a type
of banana, which are a source of fiber, vitamins A, C and B6, and magnesium and
potassium. The chips come in three flavors: Sour Cream and Onion, Chili Garlic
and Regular.

Voortman Cookies Ltd., Burlington, Ontario, introduced Super Grains cookies.
Baked with 60% whole grains, the cookies come in two flavors - Banana
Chocolate Chip and Blueberry - and contain no high-fructose corn syrup. The
Banana Chocolate Chip cookies are made with semi-sweet chocolate chips and
banana powder. Each two-cookie serving contains 150 calories, 10 grams of sugar
and 3 grams of fiber. The Blueberry cookies are baked with blueberries and contain
150 calories, 9 grams of sugar and 3 grams of fiber per two-cookie serving.

Grain-free vegan snacks
Loves Park, Ill.-based Crunchmaster introduced Bistro Crisps, a line of popped
cassava snacks that are grain-free, paleo, vegan, certified gluten-free, Non-GMO
Project verified and kosher. Popped in olive oil, Crunchmaster Bistro Crisps
contain 120 calories per 63-crisp serving and are made with cassava root, tapioca
starch, coconut flour and sesame flour. The snacks are naturally colored with turmeric
and come in three flavors: Vegan Cheddar, Nacho and Margherita Pizza.
