Following years of consumer requests, Kellogg Company subsidiary RXBAR,
Chicago, introduced its first-ever plant-based offering. RXBAR Plant contains 10
grams of protein and replaces the brand's signature egg white protein with pea
and almond protein. Flavors include Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip.

Organic bread
Rudi's Rocky Mountain Bakery, Boulder, Colo., the new brand from Rudi's
Organic Bakery and Rudi's Gluten-free Bakery, launched Organic Seeded
Multigrain Bread. The bread is made with organic ingredients, including whole
wheat flour, rolled oats, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and poppy
seeds. It features a 24-hour fermentation process that the company said benefits
gut health and yields a richer flavor and softer texture.

Girl Scout cones
Keebler, Chicago, a brand in The Ferrero Group portfolio, partnered with Girl
Scouts of the USA to introduce the brand's first-ever flavored fudge-dipped ice
cream cone: Keebler Girl Scout Thin Mints Dipped Cones. The cones feature custom
dark chocolate and the same peppermint oil used in Girl Scout Thin Mints.
The cones are available at retailers nationwide; a 12-pack of cones sells for a suggested
retail price of $3.69.

Available in Cookies and Cream and Strawberry Cupcake flavors, these bars
contain 12 grams of whey protein and 350 mg of amino acid arginine per serving,

Climate-friendly crackers
Oat Clouds are the first product from Airly Foods, St. Louis, part of Bright Future
Foods LLC, a subsidiary of Post Holdings Inc. Available in Cheddar, Sea Salt,
Chocolate and Salted Caramel varieties, the snack crackers are made with grains
and oats. Each 7.5-oz box removes 18 to 21 grams of carbon dioxide from the air,
according to the company.
