Mixer for sourdough production
Diosna introduces its stainless-steel plant RW 650 mixer for a variety of
leavened doughs, wheat, rye and gluten-free sourdough production. It comes
with cooling and temperature control. Fermenter volume is 170 gallons (650
liters), which corresponds to approximately 770 to 1,100 lbs (350 to 500
kgs) of sourdough net. An anchor agitator, wall and bottom scrapers allow for
fast mixing.

Sanitary wrapper
Formost Fuji's new Alpha 8 Box Motion Sanitary Wrapper provides a tight seal
for difficult-to-seal films, while allowing the machine to be disassembled for
thorough sanitation and maintenance. The box motion model offers a smooth
transfer of product into the end seal unit, which uses a " flying knife " for an easily

Co-extruder for soft dough
The Rheon KN050 is a gentle co-extruder capable of making hundreds of
different filled products from around the world. The product weight range is
between 10 grams to 250 grams with speeds up to 100 pieces per minute. Inner
and outer ratios are easily adjusted with the push of a button. The KN050 is wellsuited
for nonelastic materials such as soft dough. This machine is designed to
