Shell-shaped chocolate products
This patent is for a stamp plate and a system for producing shell-shaped goods
made with cocoa or other chocolate ingredients. The stamp plate comprises a
substantially flat base body and one or more temperature-controlled stamps that
are arranged on the system. The stamps drop down into a cavity of a mold where
the chocolate or cocoa has been deposited to create the products.

Chips and crisps made from low-bitter chicory
This patent is for making foods containing at least 1.5% and up to 30% by weight
total ingredients of a chicory plant material or flour with reduced bitterness. The
process also provides a method for obtaining a chicory product with reduced bitterness, which involves blanching chicory roots or root chips, drying the chips,
and optionally grinding and incorporating them into flour, dough or other food
products. The patent also shows how to grow the chicory plant.

Making and packaging soft tortillas
This patent explains how to create tortillas that serve as edible carriers and are
soft but still hold a preformed shape. Specifically, the tortillas come in various
sizes and can hold a plethora of food fillings. The patent also includes ways to
package and use the products in several food applications.

New process for creating cereal flour
This innovation provides a way for creating intensified whole grain cereal flour by combining pulsed electric fields with ultrafine
pulverization. That process starts with cleaning the bran and middling and ends with uniformly mixing the treated bran with flour to
obtain whole grain cereal flour.
