Electronic sheeter with individual drives
With the Compas 4.0, Rondo launched an electronic sheeter equipped with four
individual drives. This enables no-stress sheeting for all types of dough, even those
that could not previously be processed automatically. The Compas 4.0 increases
efficiency in the double-digit percentage range and is controlled via an intuitive
i-Touch operation similar to a smartphone.

Pick-and-place robots
Schubert's specialized T4 and T5 pick-and-place robots have a compact rectangular footprint designed for small spaces. Up to six of the new four-axis T4 robots
can work simultaneously in a single Schubert TLM frame. The T5 variant offers
a completely different option for machine processes. It features a fifth axis with
which products can be pivoted and tilted.

Dough chunker
Dough chunkers from Shaffer, a Bundy Baking Solution, are available with a
mixer-mounted traversing guide, allowing easy access to the mixer bowl and controls. This design eliminates trip hazards and keeps the mixing area safe and clean.
The traversing chunker can be customized to fit the needs of any bakery and can
be integrated with mixer and conveyor controls for complete automation.

Liquid tote systems
Shick Esteve's liquid tote systems store and transfer various liquid ingredients.
They are designed as standalone additions or to be integrated into a larger automated ingredient delivery system. The units are a cost-effective way to automate
the addition of liquid ingredients currently added by hand. Factory-installed delivery pump and accurate ingredient dosing meter are standard features. The reservoir below allows for continued operation while empty totes are being replaced.

Dough chunker and elevator
Topos Mondial offers 1,000 to 3,000-lb hopper capacity dough chunkers that can
chunk up to 20,000 lbs per hour. This floor-mounted chunker works with a twinbelted dough elevator built to suit. The 29- to 59-inch-long "triad" dough chunking blades portion the dough piece down onto the horizontal belt and then into
the twin-belted elevator, which can be inclined or completely vertical, depending
on the layout. Features include non-stick coated blades, all stainless-steel sanitary
construction, quick-release belts for ease of cleaning and PLC controls as needed.
