Oil filtration technology
Heat and Control's new OilSaver filtration system preserves frying oil quality,
extends its life with continuous high efficiency filtration (down to 10 microns)
and removes solids during production. The OilSaver can be used with any fryer
for a variety of products, including coated protein products, peanuts, snack
foods, appetizers and other fried foods. Also, the pressure-free OilSaver's vacuum
technology improves safety by eliminating spraying of dangerous, hot oil from

Modular artisan bread line
The Impressa bread line from Fritsch, a Multivac company, is modular and flexible in structure, which means it can be adapted to respective customer requirements. As a result, bakers can use the line with maximum flexibility and produce
the full range of top-quality artisan bread products. With its robust construction
and high-quality components, the system is designed to make large quantities
of products for continuous operation. Dough can now be processed to a yield of
190, depending on the type of flour.

Artisan bread line
The Rheon USA Stress Free Artisan Bread line gently handles high-hydration,
long-floor-time dough without damage or degassing. It allows bakers to divide
and form large quantities of dough. At the head of the line is the new Flex V4
Dough Feeder that adjusts the dough sheet width depending on the products being made, which reduces the amount of trim and increasing quality. The line can
either divide the dough pieces by dimension or accurately cut by weight using
load cells underneath the conveyor belt.

Compact automatic donut former
Rondo launched a Compact Donut Unit that offers new possibilities for the automatic production of ring donuts. The unit is designed to be added to a Rondo
Smartline-Starline and combines three functions within a 7-foot space. The
Rondo Donut Unit removes the centers and scrap webbing of the donuts and sets
the pitch. The donuts are then transferred to the proofer conveyors automatically.
The Donut Unit is designed for a capacity of 400 to 1,000 dozen donuts per hour.
