INTRODUCING THE MOST DESIRED
INGREDIENT IN BARS
When consumers were asked in a recent study to create their "ideal" bar,
they chose almonds as their top ingredient*. It's no surprise really-almonds
contain 6 grams of protein and 4 grams of fiber per serving, and deliver a
satisfying crunch that would make any bar a favorite among today's consumers.

Scientific evidence suggests, but does not prove, that eating 1.5 ounces per day of most nuts, such as almonds, as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol may
reduce the risk of heart disease. One serving of almonds (28g) has 13g of unsaturated fat and only 1g of saturated fat. *Sterling-Rice Group, U.S. Bars Exploratory Study, 2014.
