Made with organic sunflower protein, Dallas-based Hail Merry's plant-based
Protein Bar Bites come in salted brownie and cranberry almond assortments. The
bites feature an almond butter base, sunflower protein and organic shelled hemp
seeds, which add up to 10 g plant protein.

Gluten-free bread
Canyon Bakehouse, Johnstown, CO, debuted a duo of gluten-free bread varieties.
Both the Hawaiian Sweet Bread and Honey Oat Bread contain 2 to 3 g sugar per
slice and are made with whole grains. The bread is also non-GMO and dairy-,
peanut- and soy-free.

Individual cake slices
Hostess Brands, Kansas City, MO, introduced on-the-go, individually wrapped
cake slices in two flavors. Iced Lemon Cake is a 3.7-oz pound cake made with
lemon juice and topped with lemon icing. Cream Cheese Pound Cake is a 3.5-oz
pound cake that's dense, rich and cream cheese-flavored.

Oat crackers

Seattle, debuted a Gluten-Free Oat Thins line. These crackers come in three
flavors - Toasted Oat, Rosemary and Roasted Garlic - and can be paired with
cheese, hummus, dips, meat or dried fruit or can be a snack on their own. Made
with whole oat flour, oat thins are Non-GMO Project verified, gluten-free, Kosher
and vegan-friendly with a suggested retail price of $4.99 for a 5-oz box.

Thick-sliced bread
Nature's Own, a part of Flower Foods, Thomasville, GA, announced two
artisan-inspired, thick-sliced bakery style breads: Perfectly Crafted Thick Sliced
Multigrain and Perfectly Crafted Thick Sliced White. The breads contain no high
fructose corn syrup and no artificial preservatives, colors or flavors and are NonGMO Project verified.
